- Fill in credit card info for $98 diagnostic fee and shipping charges.
Step 3 - Fill in "comments" box(checkout "review" page) - Type your DriveCam's serial #
- Indicate if you want DriveCam unit(s) shipped back to you if unrepairable. Type "yes" or "no". If you choose "no" we will refund the return shipping charge.
Step 4 - Ship DriveCam unit(s) to us Look at right side for instructions.

Request repair for DriveCam service
Price Details The $98 diagnostic fee is nonrefundable. This is often enough to cover the repair. Additional labor, if needed, is $79/hr. You will be given an estimate before any additional repair is done.
$98 diagnostic covers:
  • Double flashing red
  • Solid bottom red LED
  • USB - not recognize
  • Unable to upgrade thru USB
  • Grainy pictures
  • Lens out of focus
  • Obstructed view when viewing events
  • Boot hang
  • Camera resetting
  • Date and clock issue
  • Download failure
  • Fail firmware upgrade
  • Lens damage
  • Memory failure
  • Fail event test
  • USB connector damage
  • ECO upgrade
Diagnostic fee does not cover shipping charges. We will pre-charge the return shipping. We request that you perform the payment and handling of the shipping to the repair facility.

Warranty on repairs:
60 days from ship-date (repair side) to ship-date (customer side), according to postmark.
